Cold (boiled) water, ½ gallon; spirit of rosemary, 10 ozs.; eau de Cologne, 10 ozs.; glycerine, 2 ozs.; salts of tartar, 1 oz.; liquor ammonia, ½ oz. Colour with burnt sugar.
